Printing Problems
Graphics problems
- Some browsers, notably Internet Explorer, do not support SVG graphics
natively. If you find you are seeing blank boxes instead of graphics output,
you will need to download a plugin. There are several free ones available
online. This website was tested using the Adobe SVG Viewer, available
here.
No plugin is necessary with most other modern browers, including Firefox,
Opera and Google Chrome.
- We have observed a problem with Opera caching graphics even when the
file has changed, so you see an old graph or outline image in place of the
new one. To avoid this, go to the Menu tab, select Settings then
Preferences, then on the Advanced tab pick History from the list on the
left. At the bottom, you'll see "Check if cached page is updated on the
server." Select "Always" for images.
These instructions are for Opera 11 - older versions have Preferences in the
Tools menu option.
